Shipping:

Free shipping is included - your order will arrive with you 7-10 days after ordering. You'll receive a tracking number via email after your order is shipped.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped.

Processing/shipping time is generally 5-10 business days. We aim to get your order to you as fast as possible - after an order is placed, the details are closely checked so that the correct items are sent from our warehouse to your address.

Is the CarPlay / Android Auto wireless?

Yes, the CarPlay and Android Auto functionality is wireless.

If you are using Android Auto please remember that only phones running Android 11 or higher support wireless connection.

Wired connection via USB is also supported.


Will I lose any of my original car functions, or disrupt any electrical systems?

No, you will not lose any original functions of your car, and the head unit is separate from other electrical systems in the car so nothing else will be changed.

You can access the existing menus in your car, such as the BMW iDrive or Audi MMI systems, via the new screen.

No climate control function will be lost, all will still be accessible and usable.

Can I be sure it will fit my car?

Don't worry - if your car model and year matches the item you are ordering, we will make sure you receive the correct fit for your model. Be sure to correctly answer any product-specific questions upon ordering to ensure correct items are shipped. If we require any additional information or photographs, we'll contact you after you place the order.

Is it easy to install?

Most cars have dash panels surrounding the stereo held by clips that are easy to remove with gentle prying.
We will also send you instructional videos in your confirmation email and be on hand to support you via live chat at any time, should you get stuck or have any questions. We pride ourselves on our customer service and ensuring a smooth, easy installation process is our highest priority.

Do you offer an install service?

Yes we do - we offer an installation service directly with our staff for all addresses that fall within a 40 mile radius of our offices at Maidstone, Kent.
We also offer a video phone call consultation service.
Both services are able to be found on the 'Services' page on the website.

Is my payment secure?

We accept PayPal or credit/debit card to securely process payments. All of our card payment gateways are secure and safe, with none of your information being stored or collected. 

Returns and Refunds:

We have a full and easy return policy. If you identify a problem with your purchase, please send picture/video displaying the problem to: info@carscreencity.com for us to assess. If item is observed to be defective, we will cover the cost of a replacement item to you.

We also offer a 30 day money-back return guarantee, to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase - this is subject to a minus 15% shipping and restocking fee, and providing the items are in the same condition they arrived in with no parts missing.
