Shipping policy

Order Processing:

  • Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

  • We process orders ready for shipping within 2-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped it will generally arrive with you within 5-7 business days.

    We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

Checking Status of Order:

  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include your tracking number to check its status. Some carriers may take a little time before the tracking number can be used to check the status of the order.

  • If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes:

  • Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please double check with the carrier regarding their policy for shipping to P.O Boxes - you'll be notified via email of which carrier is delivering your order after it has been processed.
