The radio is good quality and an excellent screen, however in spite of it being an upgrade kit for a Peugeot Boxer the unit moved excessively when fitted. We used some self adhesive pads under the top lip of the unit to fix it properly. I appreciate that vans can have different fittings but was surprised that there were no adjustment pads included. Also once fitted the unit is extremely difficult to remove. I would have given the product itself 5 stars if it had fitted better.

You’re correct that there are different versions of this vehicle, with slightly different dash dimensions in each, but only one universal frame available.
We find wedging a strip of plastic/ pads under the bottom lip between the unit and climate controls braces it so the frame doesn’t move.
Once fitted, you can remove it by getting the pry tool behind one of the two top corners of the frame, to hook out the clip.

The Video made the installation really simple, and it worked as soon as In started it.
The response time for the screen is perfect, with no lag when using functions. Once paired, the device just keeps working on Apple Carplay.
Pleasantly surprised by the whole kit, and well worth the money. The installation walkthrough made it even more worth it.
Installation done in two hours, only because I was being careful with my daughters car!
Got this wiring loom because the one on the android head unit that came in the pick-up didn't work with the reversing camera . This wiring loom was plug and play and works great . Small problem to start with , but with the fantastic support offered here things were all good . You are not ignored here , very helpful indeed.

There doesn't seem to be a way to get the cameras in to the unit, and no instructions on how to do it, but I can't see any connectors I haven't already connected..!

Great device. Easier to fit than I thought it would be. Watched a video whilst fixing mine in place. The video wasn't for the same stereo but was for the same model of car. The video makes a few assumptions, especially around the air vent removal and refitting. Would have been nice to have had a link on the product page to a proper video showing the fitting. Still not happy with mine, might take another look. DAB+ doesn't work. Again, that might be me.
The device looks great and if nothing else, I've got android auto at long last.

The trick is not to over-tighten the screws holding the air vents to the frame. They can be screwed in quite loosely, so they can still be adjusted easily.
DABz or a similar DAB app must be installed from the Play Store.

I had already upgraded the original head unit but found it very sluggish and small screen size made it difficult to see. I came across this 10 inch screen and it's brilliant. Quick response and easy to see. Easy to install and was really just plug and play. Steering wheel controls easy to set up, unlike my other one. Had a couple of issues but by using the online chat, these were resolved quicky. I would highly recommend.
Communication from the start was great, all questions answered.
Really easy how to fit video on youtube, everything needed was in the pack. Modernised the car straight away.

Ron has been really helpful was not an easy fit as car has a bose amplifier so connections have to be made to the wiring loom so not an easy plug and play.
That said Ron has always been on the end of an email providing expert advice and help.
Would definately recomend the company.

Yeah unit is spot on. Fits well and its not hard to set up.
I went the extra mile and ran the main harness behind my instrument cluster, was extra work but i know theres shed loads of space behind there so i utilised it.
Unit connects quick for android auto and works as expected.
Ive even put netflix and youtube on it.
Will also connect via tethering for using you phone as a wifi connection through BT which i was happy to find on there, i owned a road angel unit a year back that cost more money and didnt have that feature, so thats a happy plus.
I had one or 2 small issues after setup, one issue was the screen going blank(audio stayed on) when indicating right, i emailed the fella and he sorted the issue with 1 reply, i had played around with the unit settings and i had turned somthing on that should be off, the lad knows his product and was very helpful and thats a huge plus for me, so when i eventually do change cars and need a new unit for that. I will defo consider this company.
Unit looks great, sounds great and its fast and responsive and at a decent price point. I did wait a month or so before reviewing for obvious reasons, but i am very happy with it and i do recommend it for others that are looking for a no faff unit that will do what you want it do, at least where Android auto is concerned, as it does also support Apple carplay but im not an Apple user, my wife is, so when we go on our next road trip and she connects to it, we will see how the carplay performs, tbh though, i dont envision any issues.

Watched the video a few times and real single to fit, hardest part was feeding the cable from the car to the boot through the rubber cable holder that was already in the car but soon sorted
Wiring to.the back of the head unit was also real easy but felt off cutting the wire to join them together double checked aboy 50 times to be sure 🤣 but all sorted, well worth the effort
Well very apprehensive to start with, must have messaged a 100 times with questions and can honestly say every question was answered really well and with patience. Finally ordered and can say after more questions and answered fully the unit is now fitted and amazing.
Having no experience in this sort of thing I was so nervous but with the expert help an loads of understanding it went really well, Thanks so much for the support and over half the price from other suppliers, I would highly recommended these you wont be disappointed. Very pleased with the CarPlay kit for my 2016 Honda HR-V. I'm a complete novice at this kind of thing but managed to complete the installation successfully and the screen looks fantastic. CarPlay works exactly as I had hoped and integrates perfectly with the steering wheel controls, reversing sensors etc. As is to be expected with something like this, I needed help with a few small aspects and received very speedy replies via messenger with written advice and links to videos on the YouTube channel. If you are frustrated with your existing head unit and want an upgrade I highly recommend Car Screen City.
My best decision in years, was visiting Car screen city, my audio upgrade is brilliant, I also purchased a DAB radio receiver,for Gold radio also a dash cam Ron, has just been brilliant, with video instructions on how to install thanks Ron for all the help on the installations audio upgrade installed, dash cam installed, Dab radio installed.
The unit is a great addition and is very functional. The sound quality is great and the operating speed is fast. Only downside is side is my hands free mic volume isn’t great so will look for an alternative mic so people can hear me. Easy to install after following you tube video.

Unit arrived well packaged, relatively easy to install following the videos.
Had an issue with the DAB antenna , but supported really well and quickly.
Works well on both CarPlay and android auto.
Reversing camera works well.
Would recommend as 100% better than original radio
Works perfectly well. Fits easily just have to work out all the cables. Only downside is there is no dab radio and I think you need a sim card for the maps. But if you're connected it all work though the phone.

Bought this for my dad’s 2015 VW crafter and works perfectly for him, can connect his android phone right away and he can focus on driving safely lol. Fits perfectly and has absolutely everything you could want, would recommend!
Love the system! Took me about 1.5 hours to install it myself, but I do think that largely was in part to the fact that there was no instructional video from car screen city for my specific vehicle. I had to watch a video from another individual who was installing a different system, so there were a few different attachments and processes that were different for me. Overall though, the system works great and looks lovely!
The radio works great however the install was difficult because the fascia screw holes for the climate control did not match the original and there was no way to screw in the upper part of the climate control. I had to buy small L brackets and use them as adapters to hold the top of the climate control unit in place. I was able to make it work but the custom fascia should match the original screw holes exactly to avoid this problem.
Not 100% plug and play as Ford have so many different wiring combinations but all sorted with a few emails. Up and running and happy with the finish, much better than factory.
My daughter and I were able to install the upgrade. It’s not quite flush on one side so we’ll have to come back and revisit what we did. However, I am absolutely thrilled to have music and my back up camera back. Thank you.
